Lighten Up

This work is a exercise in me trying to chill out, and I am not sure how much it worked. Some paintings are meant to look unfinished (or at least I am trying to convince myself to let them go at the right time), some have a surreal narrative, capture humor or sweetness while others are documentations of beauty in the mundane things I have snapped pics of over the years. 
The show in itself is a tribute to Tom Robbins and I was sad to hear of his passing earlier this year. 
I hope you enjoy all of these paintings equally and that they lighten you up. Also, I am now open to commissions of pet paintings. Cheers.
